Full Professor of Oncology at the University of São Paulo (USP), Vice President of the São Paulo State Cancer Institute (ICESP), and leader of the Oncology Project at Rede D’Or São Luiz. He is the author of over 200 publications and a reference in precision oncology.
Member of the National Academy of Medicine and President of the Oncologia D’Or Group. Dr. Hoff holds several strategic positions in oncology research and treatment, including being a member of the Technical Group on Gastrointestinal Tumors for the São Paulo State Health Department and the Congregation of the USP School of Medicine.
He is one of the few oncologists with a strong presence in both the private sector (coordinating oncology at Rede D’Or) and the public health system (as Director of ICESP).
Considered one of the most prominent oncology professionals in Brazil.
Physician to President Lula and actor Reynaldo Gianecchini. He is married to Dr. Ana Amelia Oliveira Hoff, an endocrinologist and specialist in endocrine tumors. They have three daughters: Camilla, Julianna, and Izabella.
